If you choose to purchase a product from us, our third-party payment processors will collect your payment information. NOT perfumes will not collect your payment information. We do not send any promotional emails, unless you opt in by ticking the newsletter checkbox at checkout. We may send you service related emails relating to your account or purchases.

NOT perfumes complies with the EU GDPR framework as set forth by the European Union regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal data from European Union member countries.

7. Data retention

We only retain the Personal Data collected from a User for as long as the User’s account is active, or otherwise for a limited period of time, as long as we need it to fulfill the purposes for which we have initially collected it, unless otherwise required by law. We will retain and use information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
