You grant NOT perfumes and its associates and sublicensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post: that the content is accurate: that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity: and that you will indemnify NOT perfumes or its associates for all claims resulting from content you supply. NOT perfumes has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. NOT perfumes takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.

 

PLACING ORDERS FOR GOODS

You acknowledge that all Goods purchased under these Terms are intended for personal non-commercial use only and will not be re-sold.

If you place consecutive or separate Orders, we cannot consolidate your Order. A separate Delivery Fee, if applicable, will apply to each Order. Subject to any applicable quantity restrictions, you may order as many Goods as you wish in one order. If NOT perfumes cannot fulfill your entire Order due to insufficient quantity in stock, we will ship the portion that is available. If your Order is only partially fulfilled for this reason, you will receive a refund for any money paid in excess.

NOT perfumes reserves the right to accept or reject your Order for any reason at any time. If NOT perfumes rejects your Order you will receive a refund of any money paid.

Refunds are performed via our third-party payment processors. This process usually takes 5-10 business days to complete. NOT perfumes has no control over this delay and will not accept any responsibility or liability associated with it.

 

SHIPPING PROCESS

We only ship to the billing address. Make sure you have your correct and full name and address filled in at check-out, as orders may have to be signed for at delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse to ship products to countries or regions where we think safe and dependable delivery isn’t possible. We reserve the right to change which countries and regions this applies to at any time.

We reserve up to 7 days to process each order before it is shipped. The time between shipping out and delivery at destination may vary according to carrier and other circumstances outside the control of NOT perfumes. NOT perfumes do not accept any responsibility for any actual or perceived damages or losses of any kind, caused by this.

 

RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from NOT perfumes are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk, of delay, or of loss and title for such items pass to you, the customer, upon our delivery to the carrier.

 

IMPORT DUTIES

Buyer is responsible for any and all import duties, custom fees, and taxes that may be added by the destination country authorities.

 

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

NOT perfumes and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, NOT perfumes does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by NOT perfumes itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

The olfactory art sold by NOT perfumes may not be used on skin. It may not be consumed or ingested. It may stain textiles and other surfaces. KEEP AWAY from children and animals. It’s intended use is artistic and esthetic appreciation only.

 

APPLICABLE LAW

By visiting NOT perfumes, you agree that the laws of the state of Sweden and the European Union, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and NOT perfumes or its associates.

 

DISPUTES

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to NOT perfumes or to products you purchase through NOT perfumes shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Sweden or the European Union, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate NOT perfumes intellectual property rights, NOT perfumes may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state.
